Stage 1:
Product Design
- Baja assists clients with product design and creates or refines product prototypes.
Stage 2:
Chinese Component Sourcing
- Baja sources Chinese components, printed circuit boards (PCBs) or plastic injection molds to help clients reduce manufacturing costs at their existing North American or European facilities.
Stage 3:
Chinese Manufacturing
- In cooperation with Chinese toolmakers and manufacturers, Baja develops and manufactures client products in China. This final stage takes full advantage of China's low labour and material costs.
