- ISO 9001 Registration. OCM Manufacturing’s Ottawa facility is ISO 9001:2000 registered. Key elements of our business system include rigorous processes for understanding customer needs, careful control of customer-supplied and other materials, and diligently managed inspection processes. OCM staff is trained to the most current IPC workmanship standards (IPC-A-610), encompassing lead-free workmanship, as well as rework and repair standards, IPC 7711 and 7721. OCM maintains a certified IPC trainer on staff.
